WE BUY USED GEAR!!Up for sale is this lot of vintage USA fat bottle 6CA7 power tubes. Most will tell you a 6CA7 is just the American name for an EL34, but the USA made 6CA7 fat bottle tubes from the 70s have their own sound with more headroom and less of a compressed EL34 sound, more 6L6-like. This lot includes 3 Sylvania 6CA7s - these are some of the most valuable old stock tubes out there, a good testing quad will fetch you $300 easily. Ours are missing the guide pins, but this isn\'t really a big deal, you can still see where they are supposed to line up.It also includes 2 Philips ECG 6CA7s, a good pair of these easily brings $100.All these tubes test VERY GOOD, at 85% or above on our Century FC-2 tube tester. The Sylvanias were pulled from a Music Man amp.
These tubes are guaranteed to not be DOA and test VERY GOOD on your tester, or your money back, but we do not offer any further warranties due to their vintage nature.
