3 sitting Ivory tone Monkeys in the classic \"Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil\" pose. Marked \"Occupied Japan\" on backThese figures are connected and are 1 pieceMade of chalk on the insideSome type of plastic coating.These were thrown from New Orleans Mardi Gras floatsback in the late 1940s and early 1950s.Kids would peel the coating and use the chalk inside(my friend used hers\' to draw hopscotch grids- in the mid 50s)So I\'m thinking there are not too many still around.Note that they measure just 1 1/2\" long x 1\" tall x 1/2\" deep.In pretty good condition. No damage that I can see. Small black spot on one end. Bottom shows spot where mold was filled.
