includes original box (in good condition-shows some yellowing and scuffs and tears, as pictured)
instructions on back of box
we hooked this up and were delighted to see that it worked
transformer unit needed to operate these switches (not included)
shows normal wear & tear from age and use
belonged to a now 91 year grandpa
