1970s I believe! Nice colors very bright, no bad smells or odors.The only small thing I see, but do leave room for error, is the top of the star of the tree, the black outline has a tip missing, not the star, but just the outline. You can possibly trim it more pointed if you wish. Can be used indoors or outside. Pet and smoke free.Pardon the shadow.(Sorry, just got a new camera and I\'m not sure how it works yet!) I lightened the photo up to get rid of the shadow, so the decorations are actually better color than what you see. I have these based on parcel shipping which is 2-9 days . They are heavy to ship. I ship from Pa. If I ship to California , Texas or states far, this will help your shipping cost. It\'s the cheapest way I can get them to you, but it\'s a tad slower.
