You are offerding on a very unique mid-century gooseneck lamp. It is metal (brass, I think), with a tulip leaf and cone shaped sort of lampshade that is black. There are a couple of little chips in the finish, but pretty minor. This is a very cool, rare lamp find! It\'s about 14\" tall. It does work. Light bulb not included - don\'t want to send it through the mail and risk breakage.
