You are looking at a handsome old Mission style / Arts and Crafts Era Plant stand or side table made of a conifer species, probably Douglas Fir. It appears to me to have its original finish ( but there are a couple \"runs\" on the underneath that make me think someone put some clear varnish on some part of it at some point in time). The top piece appears to have been turned over at some point in time also as the underside of the top bears a white stain. The stand is 19\" x 10\" x 10\", is very nice condition and is as tight as can be. I\'ve attached several photos to give you the best idea that I can of what it looks like in different lighting situations. Please email me if you have questions.
