A very nice vintage Modernist H S Hermann Siersbol Sterling Silver Leaf ~ Berry Motif Brooch / Pin. This is in excellent condition with a nice patina. The Brooch is 2 3/8\" by 7/8\". There is a little bend in the pin but it closes securely.
Hermann Siersbol opened his own business in 1945 which became one of the largest gold and silversmiths in Scandinavia. He died in a tragic accident in 1964 and his 4 children took over the company. His son Henrik Siersbol is now the sole owner and runs the company with his daughter Camilla. The H.S. hallmark was used in Kastrup in 1948 - ?
