I am not a pen person but I will be listing many pens tonight from the same collection. I have tried my best to identify the models but have not been 100% successful. Description: Vintage 1950s Montblanc 149 M Fountain Pen. I believe the amber transparent ink window has black ink on it. I have not taken it apart to clean it. The top has the full white star.
Marks: \"Montblanc\" \"Meisterstuck\" on gold plate band. The bottom twist cap is embossed \"146\" \"M\", The nib is marked \"4810\" \"M inside star\" \"\"14C\" \"Montblanc\" \"585\". The clip is engraved \"Bussing\"
Size: Without cap it measures 11.7mm, with cap closed it measures 13mm
Condition: Very good. I have not taken it apart to clean it.
