This pen was purchased in 1975 and is not currentlyworking.

We cannot recall what is wrong with it butthink it had a problem with refilling the ink.We have no ink so cannot test it.

Note: In searching the web for the differencebetween Montblanc pens marked 14C and those marked 14K we learned this: Pens sold in the US prior to about 1985 weremarked 14C to indicate the English spelling for Carat while pens sold inGermany were marked 14K for the German spelling Karat. After about 1985 all gold tipped Montblanc penswere all marked 14K.
