Item is new old stock, however there are some light signs of handling/storage/age/patina, so parts/pieces are not in mint condition. Item is complete with all original parts and pieces. Appears it can be set up for RH or LH install. Box has shelf wear/staining. Parts that were originally factory sealed are still sealed. The protective paper covers are still in place on the brass face plates. Light handling wear on the brass mortise lock face.

Smaller face plate measures 7 x 2 1/4\"\'s.Larger face plate measures 10 x 2 3/4\"\'s.Mortise lock face measures 7 9/16 x 1\"\'s x 3/16\"\'s.Mortise lock assembly measues 5 1/2 x 3 3/8\"\'s x 3/4\"\'s.If additional measurements/info is needed, just send a message.
