Vintage 2 Piece Woven Basket w Old Color Dye 10 1/2\"W 4\"H Base Native American perhaps.Basket is woven very tight and hard. Color has faded on the outside; you can see inside what it originally was. 10.5\" at widest. Main/bottom basket is 4\" high. The lid is 8 3/4\" wide, about 2\" high. We don\'t know if this is woven reeds, agave, bear grass or what. Smooth surface outside, rough inside if that helps. There is a single 8\" ring inside, we include it but not sure if it is original to the piece. Pretty sure this would be native American origin but we have no provenance. Glad to answer any questions.
