Laying Flat Length of piece is 3 1/4\" not stretched, 4\" stretched.
The watch face may work if you change battery. However it is untested, & we are unsure if it will work. The face is totally removable if need be.It weighs 30 grams but that includes the band & face.
Tips are 1\"x .5\" approximately
