For all of those who love South-western and Native jewelry, this next lot should fill the bill. Included is a stunning ( signed by) Navajo artist Edith James, Sterling silver and various stones inlaid pendant and pierced earring set. As you can see from the pictures, the inlay work and color is delightful and proportionate. There are a total of 6 different kinds of stone--Turquoise, Lapis, Red Coral, Carnelian, Malachite and Peach Agate. Between each type of stone, there is an inlaid silver strip, thus creating an even more polished look. The pieces are all signed. The Pendant is 1 5/8 inches long, including the bale, by 3/4 inches wide oval. The earrings are 1 1/4 inches long by 5/8 inch wide oval, with the same design as the pendant, only slightly smaller. They are all in excellent condition with the luster that can only come from wearing--I love the soft glow of vintage silver. I will include a new 28 inch box type chain with the lot--I have some that I ordered from Italy--if you do not need a chain, I can adjust the price by 15.00 upon completion of the offerding--That will just be my cost only on the chain. So, to be clear, you are offerding on the set as pictured, along with a 28 inch sterling silver box type chain made in Italy(new). If you win the offer, and do not want the chain, I will send you an invoice that will be $15.00 less than the total offer, to subtract out my cost of the chain. All items, upon sale, are individually wrapped, packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping, then shipped via USPS First Class mail. Insurance is included in the shipping and handling fees. All vintage items will sustain a normal amount of wear, due to the passage of time--even an unused item can age due to factors such as temperature, humidity, and handling. Items listed as in great to excellent vintage condition will not necessarily look like new, and unless I state that an item is in pristine or mint condition, you will expect to see some indication that an item is not new. If I can tell that a repair has been made, I will tell you in the listing. Do not expect complete perfection unless that is expressly stated. Also, if you are offerding or planning to offer on more than one item to take advantage of the great savings in shipping costs, you will need to contact me to let me know. I am happy to combine shipping separate lots, but I am not a mind reader, nor is it easy to tell, unless the offerding is ended, whether a buyer is involved in more than one offer, unless they are winning.
