Old vintage Navajo turquoise and sterling silver ring. The workmanship is beautiful. The leaf is one inch long. The turquoise stone is 14mm across. The flower is 11mm across. The ring is 1 1/2\" long by 1\" wide. Size 8. Can be resized. There is no wear that I can see.
