Vintage Navajo Turquoise Bead Necklace - Rare Old Pawn:

This rare turquoise 16 inch necklace was purchased in Flagstaff, Arizona in the late 1970\'s. It is entirely of genuine untreated turquoise beads with a brown matrix. It was represented to me as 1920\'s \"old pawn\". The deep teal color of the beads show that it was made and worn before turquoise was treated. It is still strung on the fiber string with the old clasp as whenI brought it. The 41 turquoise beads are graduated in size. This necklace is the pride and joy of my collection, but I don\'t wear it any longer.
