Amazing vintage NYC roll sign for sale. You won\'t find one of these like this with the functioning frame and amazing subject matter anywhere. Great stop names in this roll. It is a large sign. Roughly 18\"x 24\" and the sign (I would estimate) rolls out to about 50 feet!!The frame itself is obviously dusty dirty dented and scratched. But it will stand up on its own on any flat surface so it should be perfect and easy to display. I was told this was from the 30s up till 50s but do not hold me to that. The gears inside still function fine and roll the sign but the actual handle grip is missing so you either have to replace it, or any household wrench will spin the sign roller easily. Obviously the sign too has its age issues. But Nothing horrible. See photos. Main street has a small rip and there is one part of the roll with a long rip, but again it doesn\'t hurt the roll at all. I was only allowed to upload 12 photos but I added all of the photos here in the verbal description so you can see all the stop names. Also please see the photos of the inner gears of the sign. It may help you place the age of the piece.
