This is a sensational vintage old pawn Navajo handcrafted sterling silver and turquoise nuggets belt buckle, circa 1970s era. Four hand picked turquoise nuggets from the Kingman mine were set in sterling bezels against an oxidized background. Exquisite hand tooled ornamentation of sterling leaves, scrolls, flowers, drops and tendrils surround the turquoise. Hand twisted sterling ropeas well as hand stamped designsaccents the buckle frame .
This gorgeous vintage belt buckle measures approx 2 3/4\' x 3 3/4\" with a 1 3/4\" keeper. Stamped Sterling and hallmarked RB by the Navajo artisan. There were several Navajo artists who used these letters, so we are not sure who to attribute to. Will come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
