This is sealed new but the box is very warn out as seen in the images. It was like this when I found it recently at a thrift store. My guess is that you can probably replace the box with a better used mintier one found elsewhere on . The contents inside of here are new unused, which is very important to have for your boxed display reasons. Non smoking home and I see no yellowed discoloration.
