This high relief, gallery quality frame hung in a upscale Italian restaurant in NYC for many years. It\'s been in storage ever since the place closed. The photos are in contrasting lighting to give an idea of it\'s presentation lit up and at different times of day.

The gilt has a warm, coppery, aged glow and is worn away in places, revealing the red bole. That adds to the patina, or not, depending on personal preference. The gilt is also flaking in a few small spots, especially where the dust has accumulated in the ornamentation from a lengthy storage. I gave it a gentle wiping but it would really impress after a proper cleaning.
There are a few, almost unnoticeable hairline cracks but the frame is very sturdy, not delicate or falling apart. In good to very good vintage condition. Measurements are in inches.Approx.
