YES, what a TREASURE that you NEED to complete your collection! This is a RARE PEZ, Made in AUSTRIA! It has a patent of 3.410.455. It has a tight, but working head to tilt back and dispense the candy. I do see a tiny notch in the red hat on the left side, but it looks like this happened in the process of making it, and could be smoothed out.
