Vintage PEZ Snow White pez Dispenser No Feet Blue stem VHTF RARE Walt Disney:

You are looking at a Vintage PEZ Dispenser of Snow White from Walt Disney. This one has a blue stem and yellow bow and collar. Made in Austria.
It has what appears to be pen marks all around the eyes and nose I was able to get some of it removed with some dish soap and hot water but I was not able to get all of it off, there maybe better methods that can be used to possibly get more or even all of the pen marks off from it. Also it does not have the spring and internal parts to make it work properly. Over all it does still display nicely and is a very hard to find PEZ dispenser.
