Very nice vintage handmade Paper Mache doll or figurine of a Hispanic village man carrying a bundle of wood tied with a fiber rope.
I really like this one, the man appears to be looking towards the sky as if he just heard or saw something up there.
He is mounted on a particle board base.
The base is marked Tijuana, Baja 3/11/99
Very detailed and well done piece.
Wonderful rich, vibrant colors and warm earthy tones.
Item is one of several from a collectors estate
