GORGEOUS VINTAGE TEA CUP AND SAUCER COMMEMORATING THE VISIT OF KINGBGEORGE VI AND QUEEN ELIZABETH TO THE USA AND CANADA IN 1939

What a wonderful and rare duo! This beautiful vintage tea cup and saucer has lovely garlands of roses, shamrocks, daffodils and shamrocks all over. The shields of each country are in the middle of the saucer. The elegant corset shape and elaborate handle add the finishing touches. It was made in the1939. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or wear to the gold. This duo was made by Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen by Paragon Bone China which became part of Royal Doulton.
