This looks like a large pair of pinking shears with an overall length of approximately 10.75” and a maximum width of 3.75” at the handles. They weigh about 11 ounces and appear to be made of cast aluminum (or like material that’s non-ferrous). There’s probably about 75% of the original finish on this pair and there’s some light oxidation on the metal plates.
Nice vintage pair to use or add to a collection!
