This item is in pretty good used condition. The paper is somewhat yellowed. There is an address label on the cover. It has all its pages. The covers have some uneven yellowing. The covers have a few edge tears. It has some edge/corner wear. Flipping through, I saw no stained or marked pages. I didn\'t check each page individually. Some page corners are creased or chipped. The covers are scuffed and have creased corners.I strive for honesty in my listings. If there is problem, please email me so I may assist you directly.
Most of the things I sell are obtained from thrift stores, garage sales, or sales, so I don\'t know if they are from smoke-free or pet-free homes. I also don\'t know the age of most items.
