• This is a really cool vintage pocket multi-tool kit made by Alker Germany in a zippered leather case.

• Case is stamped \"Made in Germany US-Zone\" which may date it sometime in the early 1950s after the war. Case shows just a mild amount of age related wear andclosed measures: 5 1/4\" x 5 3/4\"

• Metal zipper on the case is in good shape and marked \"Trix\" on the pull / Made in Germany on the back of the pull. Zipper operates smoothly.

• 11 miniature tools in the multi tool set includes: two screw drivers, knife, needle nose pliers, chisel, file, saw, punch, rule, drill, hammer and handle for all the tools. Handle may be missing a folding knife if it came with one. All tools are in good vintage used condition.

• Tools are stamped with \"Alker Germany\" on their ends.

• Tools measure from 3\" to 4\" length

I have tried to do research as to the history of this and didn\'t come up with much at all, on either the Trix zipper (Nuremberg) or Alker in Germany. Could possibly be a precursor of Solingen but I don\'t believe there are a lot of these around anymore to reference. Maybe if you know more?
