You are viewing a fabulous piece of Ransburg Pottery made in Indiana! These pieces are becoming very difficult to find, especially in this bright red color which features the hand painted asters! This bowl is known as model # 205- large salad bowl which sits on a raised platform. It measures 11\" in diameter and stands just about 5\" tall. This stoneware bowl is very heavy! It is difficult to date these pieces, I am estimating the 1950\'s. However, it could be 1940\'s, 1930\'s or even earlier???? The finish and hand painted flowers are in excellent condition, but there is a crack on the inside, which is in the photos and why the price is so low. Perfect addition to any farmhouse kitchen!
