Let the offerding war begin! Up for your consideration is this wonderful collaboration by silversmith Dan Simplicio and stone carver Deyuse! This ring is very old, but was kept safe and barely worn at an estate that collected old Navajo and Zuni pieces. This ring screams both artists. Dan Simplicio used some signature leaf designs and this is one he used on some of his items. He also set Deyuse stones in some of his pieces and this is an extremely old bisbee or blue gem looking carved stone which he usually carved and with the signature Deyuse carvings and style. You can see the file work in this stone! When you see this ring in person you can tell it is an old ring but just kept flawless by its owner. I cannot guarantee these two as the artists, but it is definitely a high possibility that this is a collaboration of theirs as it just has both their signature styles and they worked together often. I would definitely attribute it to them at a very high percentage but because this ring is no guarantee I am listing this wonderful piece at a starting offer and allow you buyers to put a value on it yourself!
