This is a rare Stiletto carpenter\'s hatchet. From what I know Stiletto was one of the few West based axe making companies. Which makes this piece so rare and definitely a must have in any axe collector\'s collection. As you can see in the picture it does have some dents on the hammer portion of the head. The axe head has been thoroughly cleaned in vinegar solution and hand filed to a decent edge. What you see is what you get.Please feel free to ask any questions.
