This listing is for a vintage Richard Original light blue women\'s hat that is covered in lovely millinery flowers, which is covered with a billowy off white net in a size small.* there is a light blue brim on the hat. Inside the hat, there is a light blue grosgrain ribbon band, with a label that is marked \"Richard Original\". Next to the label, there is a small union made tag. On the inside of the brim, there is an 1/8\" tear and there is minor soiling on the edge of the brim. On the net, there is a separation, which is difficult to see, but it is there. The hat is bent in on the sides of it. The flowers are really quite lovely looking.
