VintageRosbro Hard plastic clown on wheels 1950’s

This clownwas from my childhood and somehow survived.It is a hard plastic clown on wheels, originally designed as a pull toyby Rosbro. There is an opening where theright arm meets the hip which was designed to hold lollipops/candy. The black dot on the mouth represents acigar. There are markings on the backunder the collar that say “Rosbro Plastics, Providence, RI”. Measures 6-1/8 inch tall and 2-3/4” wide. Thepaint has some minor discolorations, and there is yellowing of the seams. There is a small crack on the underside nearthe rear wheel which was repaired. Thesetoys are scarce as they are very fragile and many were broken.
