In the 1870s-1880s the Victorians became fascinated with the finds of ancient Egypt with the discovery of Cleopatra\'s needle. This occurred again in the 1920s with the discovery of King Tut\'s tomb in 1922.
The 6 links are each set with a different carved gem stone scarab. The range of colors in the stones creates a magical effect worthy of Cleopatra herself!
The bracelet is in excellent condition. The gems are wonderfully cut and have no chips or cracks and are all original to the bracelet. The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) long and the scarabs are 12 mm by 10 mm. It is marked 1/20 12K Ronci. The bracelet weighs 10.2 grams.
