A vintage set of buttons designed by Pietro Fornasetti, dating from the 1980\'s and retailed by Fornasetti Milano.The set consists of five buttons, made from gilded porcelain mounted on a metal back & loop.
Each button is decorated with a title - \"Love\", \"Pride\", \"Luck\", \"Success\", Money\" - along with an appropriate symbol. See images for detail, scale and condition.
The buttons measure approximately 25mm (1.0\") in diameter. Complete in the original velvet display box, marked \"Fornasetti Milano, Made In Italy\".
The shiny surface makes it difficult to achieve reflection-free images - the small dark areas around the rim are reflections, not marks of wear.In very good original condition, the buttons appear to be unused. A few small marks to the box exterior.
The buttons are very slightly rough around the outside of the rim - occuring during the manufacturing process, and not a result of wear. Thanks for taking a look, good luck if you decide to offer. Check my current litings for more buttons.
