this is a beautiful signed Tatiana Faberge pin/brooch from 1999 with its original tag. Picture frame setting with a large deep blue center stone surrounded by rhinestones in a gold setting. Measures 1 1/4\" wide by 1 1/2\" tall. Estate jewelry - beautiful piece.
