***DETAILS***I\'m not sure what the original purpose of this piece is. It stands 2-3/4\'\" tall x 3\" across the bottom. There are no dents and just needs a cleaning. It is hallmarked on the bottom as shown in my photo. I don\'t know how to read the markings so I don\'t know if it is silver or silver plate. I would assume silver plate. Shipping is free.
