This is a very nice vintage Singer buttonhole attachment for a low shank machine. It will fit on many older machines like the 221 and 222 Featherweight, 66, 99, 128 etc.

This comes with the attachment, original 5 templates, clamp screw, feed dog cover and screw, original instruction booklet, original screwdriver, and a box with 5 additional templates. It comes the original plastic box that is in very good condition and securely snaps close.
