Item: Vintage Brass Figurine

Provenance Note: This GOOSE originally came from a Larger Collection of Mini Brass Figurines that came from all over the world and dated from 1930\'s-70\'s. I broke this collection into a total of (3) Listings. One listing was for a Pair of Identical Birds from the 1930\'s and the other listing was for a variety of more modern 1970\'s (Made In China) figurines. This listing features the Goose which we estimated it to date from NLT 1960 and is NOT from China.

Description: For Sale is a VintageSolid Brass LONG Neck Goose Figurine. There is No Maker\'s name stamped on the base which disappoints me. When I first saw it, I was hoping it was from the Art Brass Co. of New York which was a popular studio in Greenwich Village, NYC. But, without a stamp on the underside, I surely can\'t back that notion up. It does indeed have some age which we know because the daughter of the original owner knows of it and grew up with it in her Mother\'s Home and she is over 60 Years old herself. I am sure my photos will best further describe this item.

Dimensions: 4 3/4\"W x 1 3/4\"T and Weighs Nearly 7 Ounces.

Condition: On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidentlygrade this item\'s condition to be a solid 8. Overall and Especially for being 55+ Years Old, this Vintage Figurine is in Excellent ORIGINAL Condition. Other than simple age appropriate surface wear, there is no damage to be an issue. My photos are anaccurate depiction of this item\'s TRUECondition.
