Up for sale is a vintage Souvenir Brochure titled: \"Atop The Empire State Building\". When completely opened, the entire sheet measures approximately 15.75 by 11.75 inches in size, and serves as both an advertisement and souvenir for The Empire State Building, in New York City. On one side are photographs taken of the building during the daytime and at night, along with a schematic drawing with information about the building. In addition, there are four photographs taken from the Observatory, looking in different directions. On the reverse, are articles and information about \"New York\'s Famous Empire State Building\", along with a Rand McNally & Company Map of Manhattan. When the brochure is fully folded, it measures approximately 9.25 by 4 inches in size. Included with the brochure will be a \"Souvenir Receipt OfAVisit To The Top OfThe World\'s Tallest Building\" ticket stub.

The SouvenirBrochureis invery goodcondition, with no holes, tears, creases or writing on the paper. However, there is overall light warping to the piece, given its age.
