Vintage .875 Silver Russian Teaspoon. It is gold washed with etched design on bowl base and has etched design/monogram on handle.

Hallmarks--- r, star with hammer & sickle inside and .875.It also has another hallmark that looks likes T 10 9 stamped on the handle.
