Vintage Stanley Bailey No. 4 Smooth Plane.
In great usable, vintage condition with some wear and age. Needs a little cleaning. Blade feels sharp. Both rosewood? handles are in good solid condition with no wobble. Bracket that moves blade back and forth is tight. Traces of red paint around \"Stanley\" on latch. Just under 9.5\" long. I believe this is a Type 18, 1946-47, and it is marked Made in USA.
