VINTAGE STERLING SILVER PUFFY HEART CHARM - Repousse Fleur de Lis & Swirly I believe this vintage sterling heart charm is from the 1940s.The repousse design on the front is a fleur de Lis in the middle with a swirly border. There are white spots on my photos, but this is camera flash, not an imperfection. There is no engraving on the back of this heart. The heart is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart measures approximately 5/8\" in size.

To the best of my knowledge, this charm is NOT a reproduction. As a \"thank you\" gift, a sterling silver jump ring is sent with each charm. ***Please note: All hearts are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap. They are then put into a small cardstock jewelry box.
