For sale is a vintage puffy heart charm. This is not a repro, and is one of the original ones from the 1930s/1940s. It features either what is a handshake or holding hands, not sure which of the two. It is made (signed) of sterling silver and engraved with the name \"Isie\"(?). It measures 5/8\" wide and has a nice dark patina to it. I have not polished it for the sake of originality but you could polish if desired. It shows signs of use from it\'s age but no major damage or abuse. It is a very unusual and lovely example that would be a great addition to any collection or bracelet!
