Here\'s a real nice vintage tin litho Ranch House style doll house, this will need to be put together, there are no instructions, but I don\'t think you\'ll need them (looks pretty easy). I try to get enough pics so you can see exactly what is included, and the condition of the items in the sale. All my pics are of the actual items you are offerding on, I do not use stock photos or photos of a like item. If my pics or description don\'t give enough info, please contact me with questions, please see all 12 pictures. This was made by Superior, T. Cohn (#623), not dated that I can see, but I would guess 1950\'s or 60\'s, the box measures 11 3/4\" by 18 1/2\" by 2 1/2\". The box is all there, but it\'s very rough, top has torn corners and sides, duct tape, and paper loss, the box bottom is worse than the top. The way the sides of house are still folded in, it doesn\'t look like this has ever been assembled, but I can\'t say for sure. The finish is still very glossy, colors are crisp and bright, there are a few minor nicks, scuffs, and dings (inside of roof and roof side panels have the worse damage), none of the tabs are broken . There is no furniture, the instructions and chimney are missing, the assembled house will measure 9 1/2\" by 17 3/4\", and about 9 1/2\" high. This will make an excellent addition to your collection.
