This vintage violet ray medical device was supposed to clear skin problems and reduce pain. No glass electrode with it but the coil is in outstanding condition.Awesome bakelite surface has no cracks or chips.It is marked The Master Electric Co. Chicago--No. M 66.--20 W--115V. The dial turns as it should. It is 10 3/4\" long and about 2 1/8\" across the base. It is a very heavy coil.Previous owner said it worked when stored years ago.Fun old quack medical device.
