Ok,item is made in Spain,that much is evident as by the stamp of manufacture on the bottom of the base (see pic # 12).Statue has GLASS EYES on both holy figures.I do not see a traditional OLOT indented stamp on the back of the statue as an OLOT statue but it is near identical if not identical with some color exceptions to other OLOT Saint Joseph OLOT statues listed here on . OLOT is a PLACE in Spain,THIS statue was manufactured in Barcelona,Spain (see pics,info on bottom of base).Perhaps this is an OLOT but without the indented stamp,perhaps an earlier molded model,you be the judge.Compare this statue with others similar to it on this site. And my statue is of a much more inexpensive price than the other similar statues too!I just found the hand today so I am making this update about the hand. I have it now,read on...
The hand was broken off and suffered some damage,but I DO have the hand for Saint Joseph (see pics).Index finger has crack but is stationary because of the wire inside his hand up through the finger. The handcan be repaired / touched up and re-attached to the statue by you.Looks like there may have been a name plate on the front of the base,I\'m not sure though.Appears to be a small dent in Jesus\' child\'sforehead right over top of the left eye brow (see pics).Chip on taller figure\'s robe edge right above the cuff of the broken off hand.Some paint chips on the gold around the base,some \"gold liquid leaf\" (at most hobby & craft stores) paint could remedy this with some light sanding (see pics).There are glass eyes on both figures.Statue made in Spain (looks like \"Barcelona\" on the stamp on bottom of base (see pic # 12). There are two holes in each figure\'s back of their heads,this is where the halos go (I do not have the halos either),but halos can be made from gold craft wire,I have some and will provide some gold craft wire for you to form halosfor the figures.Well,this is how I found it so it is being saleed off \"as is\" in the condition it is in,and an item / statue that is in need of restoration.Wood material base with what I believe to be a gesso-like material for the statue.This would be a great fix-r-upper project for the right person,or have it professionally restored by religious statuary restorer.You can find THEM on the web,maybe even in your city or town.I cannot make out what the stamp on the bottom of the base says but it IS made in Spain.Measures 17 inches tall / 6 1/4 across measured at base across / 5 1/4 inches front to back measured at base front to back.Happy offerding! :-)PS; If you are an overseas / other country buyer,please make sure you are enrolled in \'S Global Shipping Program.It is the only way I will ship world wide.Someone wrote \"Helen\" on bottom under base.
