I believe this is an unmarked Edwin Knowles platter since has the same measurements, and image as others. The gold trim is different however, rather than lace it is gold turkeys surrounding the edge.
Condition -Very good vintage condition - see photos - light scratches or knife cuts in turkey image light wear to gold border - some of the gold has worn in places.
