This is a great set, a full one I believe, of tin pots with heart handlesmarked France all with their lids. Individual small potsor onlythe large pot can be found here and there but to find the entire set in one place is indeed a rarity. The large pot ismarked \"20\" on the bottom, and the six smaller ones aremarked \"10\". The large pot measures 8\" in diameter, not including the handles,and is 4-1/2\" high. The small ones measure 4\" in diameter (also not including the handles) and are 2-1/4\" high.

They are by no means in excellent condition. Please review the photos carefully. Although all of the heart handlesand the handles on the lids appear to be firmly attached,there are a number of dings, some surface rust and heavy patina. One of the hearthandles on one of the small pots has significant rust.

This was originally a set for preparing individual flans, dating to mid-century. I haven\'t done any clean up but they will need some serious cleaning if they are to be used for food. As decorative pieces they would be wonderful in a French Country kitchen or in almost any type of Country or Farmhouse setting. As I think about this I see a number of possibilities in my Primitive home, if I had a few inches to spare!

They are estate pieces being sold as is. I cannot guarantee that they have not been exposed to odors: smoking, fragrance, cooking, mustiness, mothballs, other types of storage odors or pets.
