Vintage Tobacco/cigarette woven/embroidered silk:AEROPLANE. These \"silks\" were given away by Tobacco companies in the early 1900s and used in crazy quilts, pillows, etc.This style of silk has the pictured embroidered onto the background fabric. Measures apx.1 3/4x2 7/8inches. Condition is nice with fraying along edges...see photos for condition.These \"silks\" can be collected as is, or used to recreate a vintage-style crazy quilt.
