Up for sale is a rare set of antique police handcuffs from the late 1800s. They are the tower double key style and comes with a working key. The cuffs open and close nicely with the key. The cuffs do have some oxidation but I think they would clean up nicely. I cannot make out what it says on the cuffs but can see Patented July and I think either 1845 or 1894.
