Vintage Towle pair of Sterling Silver candle holders # 701. Weighted and reinforced, measures 3 1/4\" tall and diameter of base is 3 1/4\". Estate sale find. There are a few dings around the edge of the base. Marked Towle Sterling 701 on the bottom. Cleaned as best as I could, needs some more polishing.
